A card is selected from a regular deck of Bicycles. The card is shown both back and front, lets assume its the JD. You now tear a corner completely off the selected card. The card and the corner are displayed one piece in each hand. The corner is tossed towards the card, it VISUALLY POPS back onto the card. The JD is immediately shown on BOTH sides (no switch) There are no extra corners palmed in either hand, you need to see this, it looks impossible.

Finally the JD is handed back out to the spectator. This is a brand new mechanical method for performing the torn and restored card effect. Remember there are no sleights, both sides of the card can be freely shown before, during and after the effect. The pieces really are separate, the corner really does visually pop back on. No hidden pieces in the hands.
